2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (host). When you access the pages, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. These data are technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are not combined with other data sources and are deleted after a short time. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with the host.

3. Fonts

The fonts used (Figtree, Google Sans Flex) are stored locally on this website's server. No connection to servers of Google or other providers is established when a page is accessed.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you write to me via the contact form or by e-mail, I process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for example in the case of enquiries about concerts, sheet music or workshops. The data are deleted as soon as your enquiry has been fully dealt with, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. YouTube videos

Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). As long as you do not click on a video, only a preview image stored on this server is displayed; no data are transmitted to YouTube.

Only when you start a video is a connection to YouTube's servers established. In particular, your IP address and the page accessed are transmitted to YouTube; YouTube may also store information on your device. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act)). 6. Links to other websites

This website contains links to external services, such as Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, publishers and online shops. These links are simple references: data are only transmitted when you click on a link and visit the other website. The respective provider is responsible for its data processing.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights at any time:

• access to your stored data and their processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure of your stored data (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• objection to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR) and
• withdrawal of any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
